The numbers your line
runs on. Free.

Three calculators built by a manufacturing consultant — the same math used on real plant floors to size losses, set pace, and justify improvement projects. No signup, no install.

A × P × Q

OEE Calculator

Availability, Performance, and Quality from one shift of data — scored against 85% world-class and 60% typical benchmarks.

Calculate OEE →
$ / HOUR DOWN

Downtime Cost

Lost margin, idle labor, and overhead per downtime hour — rolled up to the monthly and annual figure that gets projects funded.

Size the loss →
DEMAND PACE

Takt Time

The pace demand requires, compared against your cycle time — with the minimum stations needed to hit it.

Why these three numbers

Almost every plant-floor decision routes through one of three questions: how much of our capacity are we actually using (OEE), what are our losses costing us (downtime cost), and what pace does demand require (takt time). These calculators answer all three in under a minute each, using the standard formulas — the same ones taught in lean and TPM programs and used in real continuous-improvement engagements.

Each calculator explains its formula, common mistakes, and how to act on the result, so the number you leave with is one you can defend in a production meeting.
